Old San Juan & City Bacardi

In this tour you will have the opportunity to experience San Juan’s fine history and the making of rum in the largest rum distillery in the world, the Bacardi Plant. At the plant you will be able to see the giant fermenting tanks that turn sugar cane into molasses and finally into rum. You will be able to follow the process from vat to bottle, and then have a chance to sample the results. After visiting Bacardi, the guest will begin the journey to Old San Juan. Here they will get the opportunity to visit the 17th century fortresses built by the Spanish to defend San Juan from Pirate attacks. You will be able to go through San Juan’s cobblestone streets and visit all of its museums, shops, restaurants, and churches. You will be able to see San Cristobal Fort, El Morro Castle, the San Juan Cathedral, Cuartell Ballaja, San Jose Church, and much more.
